I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and the broader LGBTQIA+ experience. While I work with individuals from all backgrounds, I am particularly drawn to supporting women, especially those within the queer community, recognizing the specific challenges they face. In addition to working with adults, I also work with teens and adolescents, understanding the vast importance of early support.

I believe in meeting clients where they are, to explore their emotions and unmet needs. Often, we internalize painful experiences as truths about ourselves, and part of our work together will focus on offering compassion and understanding to challenge these misrepresentations.

By exploring societal expectations and cultural norms, we can gain deeper insight into how these factors shape identity and mental health. Through our work together, we’ll create a space for healing, reflection, and transformation to help you reconnect with yourself.

It is my number one priority to ensure you feel supported as you face challenging emotions. Although this work can be complex, I believe in the importance of making space for levity and humor. Throughout the process, we will explore what’s working in your life and what's not. As you actively engage in the process, I'll be here to offer guidance and support while you navigate your journey towards transformation and growth.

I believe in the power of connection. When someone has the chance to share their story and feel truly seen, it can be deeply transformative. Guided by curiosity, compassion, and at times a touch of humor, I work to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and gently challenged.

My experience includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, creative blocks, life transitions, and relationship challenges. While I welcome people from all walks of life, I am especially passionate about working with mothers and couples navigating the ever-changing demands of family life.

Together, we may explore past patterns, cultivate self-compassion, reshape personal narratives, or connect with different parts of the self—all with the aim of fostering growth, balance, and more fulfilling relationships. While I draw primarily from a psychodynamic framework, I integrate approaches such as ACT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy so our work feels meaningful and uniquely tailored to you.
